Bollywood actor turned philanthropist Sonu Sood denies joining politics. However, his sister Malvika Sood will contest Punjab elections from Moga.

The announcement was made by the Dabangg actor on Sunday.

“We today officially want to say that Malvika will certainly come to serve Punjab,” the actor said, addressing the media at his residence in the district.

Sonu Sood, who hails from the Moga district, said his sister has done a lot of amazing work in the past.

“My sister will serve the people of Punjab…We have not yet taken a call which political party she will go with,” Sonu said.
