Aamir Khan’s brother Faissal Khan of Mela fame to re-launch his career

Remember Aamir Khan’s younger brother Faissal Khan, who made an appearance in film Mela as Shankar Shane? The good looking actor didn’t really have a smooth sailing in his acting career unlike brother Aamir but it seems he is all set to return to cinema after a long hiatus of 19 years. However, this won’t be an acting career this time.

Talking to Indian media, Faissal confirmed that he was all set to sing in upcoming film Factory. Faissal stated that he had been convinced by director Sharique Minhaj that he should sing the song, Ishq Tera for the film.

Over the years, Faissal has only done a few non-prominent roles in a number of filsm. Faissal first appeared as a child artiste in 1969 in film Pyar Ka Mausam, where he played the younger version of Shashi Kapoor. Khan also did a small role Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak.

Faissal Khan also appeared in Aamir Khan’s Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar but his role was not credited. Although both the films were produced by Khan’s uncle Nassir Hussain and directed by his cousin Mansoor Khan, the films did nothing for Faissal’s career.

Faisal Khan has been in the news regarding his mental health. A custody battle over him between Aamir and his father Tahir have also made rounds of news in the past.
