Aamir Liaquat’s first wife to challenges autopsy orders in High Court

Aamir Liaquat’s first wife will be challenging the autopsy orders of the deceased.

On Tuesday, Bushra reached the local court in Karachi to get a copy of the court order for filing an appeal in the high court against the verdict of judicial magistrate (East) Wazeer Hussain Memon.

As reported, Bushra, Aamir Liaquat’s first wife had received the verified copy of the verdict of the judicial magistrate about the autopsy orders of Aamir Liaquat.

A notification issued by the Sindh health department said on Tuesday stated that famous televangelist and PTI MNA Aamir Liaquat’s body will be exhumed on Thursday morning (June 23).

As reported, the samples for the post-mortem will be collected from Hussain’s grave in Abdullah Shah Ghazi graveyard, without shifting the mortal remains to another place.

Following the court orders for the exhumation of Hussain’s body for an autopsy, to ascertain the cause of death, a six-member medical board has been formed.

Police surgeon Dr. Summaiya Syed will head the board to conduct the autopsy.

Additional police surgeon Shahid Nizam, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre’s Forensics Medicine Head of the Department Pervaiz Makhdoom, medico-legal officer Dr. Areeb Baqai, forensic expert Dr. Hari Ram, and Dr. Gulzar Ali are part of the medical board.
