Amber Heard to Present Evidence in Johnny Depp’s Defamation Lawsuit

After Johnny Depp concluded giving evidence in the defamation lawsuit against The Sun newspaper, his ex-wife Amber Heard is now expected to begin her evidence presentation from Friday. Depp spent five days in the witness box to prove allegations against the newspaper that termed him “wife-beater” in a 2018 article.

Based on Amber Heard’s allegations, the article stated that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor was domestically abusive towards his wife. Denying the claims, Depp maintained that it was in fact Amber who was physically violent.

It seemed like a “reverse confession” said Depp while answering his attorney David Sherborne at the London High Court.
