Bilal Abbas Khan urges media outlets to keep him out of sensationalised headlines!

The development comes after a few social Instagram pages and online publications made steamy headlines including Balaa actor over a past interview bit.

The media outlets have been trying to dig gold over an old interview in which Bilal had said that Hania Aamir was “cute”.

Bilal naming the media outlets said, “I have generally ignored the media, but I think it’s high time that few platforms that call themselves ‘media’ need to understand that they have a certain responsibility of being credible towards the people they are writing about & the ‘news’ they publish for likes and traffic.

“You know who you are … and I request you to please stop I have never wanted any masala news for myself toh mjhe toh dhoor he rakhein . .. meherbani”, he added.

It was an interview to One Take from 2017, in which Khan was asked during a rapid-fire question round to choose one female actor from the “current lot” whom he found “hot”.

After thinking for a few moments, Bilal Abbas had said “if I have to mention one, I’d say Hania [Aamir] is cute”.

Over the past few days, dome Instagram pages and news outlets picked up the old interview and made news with rather sensational headlines.
