Celebrity hairstylist Jonathan Van Ness approves of Malala’s new hairstyle

Social distancing and self isolation because of the global pandemic coronavirus has been keeping us all indoors. The world is taking a break and all of us have been quarantining at home, thinking of finding new ways to keep ourselves occupied and on the verge of sanity.

Malala Yousafzai, the 22 year old activist, too has been warding off quarantine blues like all of us and it seems this self isolation and social distancing drove Malala to try out a new hairstyle.

Posting a picture of her impromptu hair transformation, Malala tagged Queer Eye star and celebrity hairstylist Jonathan Van Ness, questioning him about her new hairstyle.

“Jonathan Van Ness: “Don’t try new lewks during quarantine.”
Me: Cuts my own fringe.
@jvn – how did I do,” questioned Malala on her Instagram while she posted a picture of her new cut fringe.

And much to Malala’s delight, JVN, in his true essence told her she had killed it. “You slayed it honey,” said the podcaster to Malala.

Malala, just like all of us at the moment is practicing social distancing while keeping herself in isolation. Last week, the youngest Nobel Prize Laureate, gave people a glimpse into her quarantine life, telling them how she too missed going outside and being with her friends.
