Danyal Zafar says Blue Butterfly’s video is not for Pakistani audience
Danyal Zafar says that the newly released video of his latest track Blue Butterfly is not for the Pakistani audience.
The video of budding musical artist’s second single Blue Butterfly received a massive backlash on social media.
The budding artist landed in hot waters, as Pakistani audiences were left disappointed over overtly sensual visuals.
However, amid all the ongoing criticism, in a recent interview with a media outlet, Danyal Zafar said, “The video is actually meant for a western audience, as I want to work on a couple of English albums and have a set-up in place in Los Angeles”.

“The entire video is aesthetically shot. It’s just this non-linear expression of art that was explored by the director and I, along with the team”, he further added.
“We can’t do much about it. It’s a perceptive piece,” he added.
The video for Blue Butterfly was shot in different locations of Los Angeles. As being told Danyal got the inspiration for this song form musicians such as Frank Ocean and John Mayer.
