Deepika Padukone’s look from upcoming film Chhapaak leaked online

Deepika’s next film will be Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, based on the life of an acid attack survivor. Because of its intense content, the film has been in news ever since it was announced. It garnered more attention when Deepika shared her first look from the film on her social media.

However, people spotted Padukone filming for Chhapaak on the streets and have been recording videos which have gone viral.

As per Deccan Chronicle, director Meghna Gulzar wants to stay tight-lipped about Chhapaak and therefore has increased security on sets to keep more details of the film from leaking online and going viral.

“Meghna is very particular about her films, she doesn’t like to give out much until it releases. With Chhapaak especially, considering it’s a sensitive subject and a different look for Deepika, she is keen to keep things under wraps. She has requested to increase the security for her next schedule so that no more stuff gets leaked,” a source close to the production told the publication.
