Its Eid ul Adha 2020, one of the biggest Muslim religious festival is being celebrated across the world.
And keeping up the tradition, many of the Bollywood celebrities took to social media to extend their eid wishes.
This eid falls in a totally changed world amid a global coronavirus pandemic and being observed with strict adherence to precautions against COVID-19.
It was Bollywood’s tradition to release news film on the occasion of festivals but this time it has been marred because of coronavirus lockdowns and restrictions.
However, Bollywood stars did not break the traditions to wish their fans on the occasion of eid and extended warms messages on social media.
Salmaan Khan wished his fans, Eid Mubarak, by sharing a photo of his own showing him covering his face with a scarf. He captioned it as “Eid Mubarak!”
Shah Rukh Khan shared a monochromatic photo of his youngest son AbRam Khan on Instagram with the caption saying, “Eid Mubarak to everyone. May this day and actually every day bring peace happiness and health to all your loved ones. Everyone give yourself a self hug.”
Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan who is currently undergoing treatment for Covid-19 wished his fans ‘Eid Mubarak’, with sharing an image on twitter.
Priyanka Chopra in a tweet said”#EidMubarak to everyone celebrating all over the world. Hope it brings us blessings, happiness & peace.”
