Emraan Hashmi has shared the happiest news that his 9-year old Ayaan has finally beaten cancer and is declared cancer free. His son was diagnosed with first stage cancer in 2014.

Born in February 2010, Ayaan is the first child of Emraan and wife Parveen Shahani. He was diagnosed with first stage cancer at the age of four in early 2014.
