Farhan Akhtar Shuts Up the Troll On Twitter over Citizenship Amendment Bill

A Twitter troll recently tried to exploit the ongoing protests in India and mess up with Farhan Akhtar on the social media platform. But the director turned actor clearly showed that he’s not someone to be messed up with.

Referring to the CAB (Citizenship Amendment Bill) and the riots that have erupted as a result, the Twitter user tried to make a controversial post about Muslims while tagging Farhan and his parents Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi.

“Hi @FarOutAkhtar @Javedakhtarjadu @azmishabana, reach out to your qaum & tell them not to destroy my country’s property. Don’t cry when these rioters get arrested & beaten black & blue,” wrote the racist Twitterati.

Not taking long to respond and without sugarcoating, the Bhaag Milka Bhaag actor had a perfectly savage reply for the troll.

“Going to request David Dhawan to cast you in ‘Bigot no 1.’ .. you are perfect for the part,” Tweeted Farhan while making a reference of David Dhawan’s No.1 series films like Coolie No.1, Biwi No.1, etc.

Now we have to agree with Farhan’s sense of judgment as he spotted a bigot only by seeing a hateful tweet.

BJP’s latest bill that grants citizenship to all illegal immigrants in the country till 2014, but not Muslims, have caused countrywide protests. Assam, West Bengal, and Delhi are now facing riots due to Northeasterners’ demand for reverting the bill.

However, the actor came under fire once again over another image he shared along with a message and later he had to share the clarification over it.
