And so, the news that every Suno Chanda fan had been waiting for. Farhan Saeed is in the house and he has begun shooting for his part as Arsal in the sequel, Suno Chanda 2. Saeed had been caught up with the shoot of his debut film Tich Button which had kept him away from the sets of Suno Chanda 2.
Nadia Afghan, who plays Saeed’s onscreen mother in Suno Chanda, shared a selfie with the actor and director, captioning, “Sallu aa gaya!!”
Iqra Aziz who stars opposite Farhan Saeed as Jiya, recently began shooting for her part as well. Suno Chanda 2 will be a sequel to Hum TV’s Ramzan special Suno Chanda last year. The drama followed the story of Arsal and Jiya forcibly married as a dying wish of their grandfather.
This year, Suno Chanda 2, will star two new faces Raza Talish as Meetho and Sabeen Farooq as Meenu. Directed by Aehsun Talish, Suno Chanda 2 has been scripted by Saima Akram Chaudhry and is a MD Productions presentation.
