FIR Registered Against Aagha Ali and Hina Altaf for Alleged Fraud

Television stars Aagha Ali and Hina Altaf have been nominated in an FIR lodged in Kohsar police station of Islamabad. The two along with Sohail Iftikhar and production manager Gul Zaib Nawaz have been accused of violating the Hina contract and fleeing a drama set with valuables and payments.

The FIR, lodged on the request of producer Nosheen Agha of Nosh films’ petition, states that Nosheen gave Rs1.45 million to the actress, actor, and production team for producing a television serial for Pakistan Television (PTV). However, the four nominated individuals – bound to work for the drama from November 3 to November 23, left the sets on November 16 and November 17.

While Hina and Agha Ali have been accused of taking away Rs12 million of their drama fee, the production team is said to allegedly steal the drama script, finished video files and other valuable items.

In response to the said allegations, both Hina and Aagha have categorically denied any involvement in the fraud.

“No one has left the shooting spell. There were at least more than 40 people on the set including the actors, DOPS, technical staff and other crew members who were not paid on time. Everyone gave her a favor and we all kept working till the situation worsened,” said Agha while talking to a local media outlet.

His co-star Hina said, “Nothing of this sort has happened – and I have screenshots of my conversation with her which I can reveal to media when needed.”

Meanwhile, Aagha Ali on his Instagram story has shared that he will be soon talking about the rumors doing rounds in media and that he has also filed case against the lady who is defaming him.
