Folk artist Wasu Khan passed away
Wasu Khan, the iconic character in Shehzad Roy’s videos was suffering from various health issues.
As reported, Wasu breathe his last in Sukkur last night.
Taking it to social media, Shehzad Roy paid tribute to the late artist.
“Wasu Khan passed away this morning. He was unable to read and write, but had the great political intellect and wrote political satire. We will miss him,” Shehzad wrote.

Wassu’s passing is a loss not only for his family and loved ones but also for those who appreciated his work and contribution to the community.
Folk singer Wasu Gajani’s real name was Muhammad Waris, he belonged to the Goranadi village of Sahabpur, a backward area of Balochistan.
Singer Wasu Gajani first rose to fame by singing with renowned singer Shahzad Roy, he performed in the program Wasu Aur Main.
