George R.R Martin Opens a bookstore called Beastly Books in Santa Fe - OyeYeah
George R.R Martin is best known as the author of Game of Thrones books, but now there’s more to his name. The acclaimed novelist has now opened a bookstore called Beastly Books in Santa Fe, his residence of a long time.
Beastly Books has been opened just beside the Jean Cocteau Cinema that is also owned by Martin, who revived the cinema back in 2013, reported Santa Fe New Mexican.
The bookstore is said to sell not only Martin’s trademark Game of Thrones books but also books from other authors and merchandise of GoT. Now that’s one cool place to visit if one is in Santa Fe.
As per Martin, the bookstore has been opened in the same block as a cinema because the theater’s lobby was not big enough to accommodate books by other authors.
