Hazim Bangwar, North Nazimabad’s new Assistant Commissioner takes the internet by storm

Hazim Bangwar, North Nazimabad’s new Assistant Commissioner takes the internet by storm!

It’s been a while since Hazim Bangwar, and North Nazimabad are trending not just on social media but also getting covered by the mainstream media as well.

What’s that special about Karachi’s North Nazimabad’s new Assistant Commissioner?

Hazim Bangwar is not only a PMS Officer but also a singer and a model.

As reported, he grew up in New York. Bangwar moved to New York at the age of six where he finished high school at Midwood High School.

He later moved to Pakistan for 3 years before moving to London where he lived for six years where he finished his first degree in Fashion Design.

He holds a degree in Design & Marketing from AIU London and later a second degree LLB from the University of London.

The 29-year-old returned to Pakistan where he passed his Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) Examination and became a PMS Officer, following which he was appointed as Assistant Commissioner Nazimabad in Karachi.

Azam Bangwar was born on December 30, 1993, in Karachi.

His family hails from Kandhkot, Kashmore district of Sindh.

His mother Feroze Akbar hails from Iraq and is an architect and his father Ali Akbar Bangwar served as Police General D.I.G in Pakistan.

He released his debut single “Haram” in November 2019 which peaked from #5 to #1 in South Korea, Hungary, Egypt and India etc. within a week.

Hazim became the first Pakistani singer to reach the international charts with an English song.

Playing With Fire, his debut album was released worldwide last year in June.

Bangwar’s first mix tape ‘One Man Army’ was promoted in both US and UK.

He later signed a deal with Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. under the label Young Money Entertainment as a singer/songwriter.

He ended up writing songs for some big names in the industry including Jessie J, Future, Ciara, Juelz, T-Pain, Jason Derulo ، Pitbull, and Nicki Minaj.

After this fame, Hazim became the face of three big companies as an ambassador.

He also runs a charity in Pakistan called Hazim Bangwar Foundation. In one of his interviews, he was told that whenever he came to Pakistan, he was advised that the country was not suitable for him to live in, so he should go back. But on the contrary, he stayed here and passed the competitive exam.

And he became a part of the bureaucracy.

Social media is going gaga after discovering about Hazim.

My prayer is that Hazim not just keep his position and also become an example to all those who are rejected on the basis of their outward appearance and identity and are not allowed to live.
