Irrfan Khan starrer Angrezi Medium, not a sequel of Hindi Medium
As per Irrfan Khan’s latest tweet, we have a hunch. The film, titled Angrezi Medium, will tell a different story altogether and will have nothing to do with Hindi Medium as its predecessor.
A tweet shared by Irrfan Khan showed him standing outside a sweet shop titled “Ghasiteram Mishthan Bhandar”.

“GMB serving since 1900s. Its going to be fun to tell another story #AngreziMedium. Coming soon, with Mr. Champakji, Aa Raha Hu phir entertain Karne Sabko,” wrote the award winning actor on his Twitter.
In Hindi Medium Irrfan Khan played Raj, a Chandni Chowk trader, settling amongst the elites of Delhi and then amongst the lower class to get his daughter enrolled in a good English Medium school. If the tweet is any hint, he will be playing Champakji in Angrezi Medium, narrating a different story altogether.
Hindi Medium was directed by Saket Chaudhry and starred Saba Qamar alongside Irrfan Khan. Angrezi Medium is being directed by Homi Adajania and is yet to reveal its female lead.
