Harry Potter author JK Rowling announced on social media that she has recovered from suspected coronavirus symptoms, though she hasn’t been tested formally.
“For last 2 weeks I’ve had all symptoms of C19 (tho haven’t been tested),” Rowling wrote on her Twitter account.
She also shared a video of a breathing technique that she said had helped her manage her worst symptoms and had been recommended by her husband, who is a doctor in the U.K.
“I really am completely recovered and wanted to share a technique that’s recommended by doctors, costs nothing, has no nasty side effects but could help you/your loved ones a lot, as it did me. Stay safe, everyone,” Rowling wrote in a follow up tweet.
Rowling, 54, has millions of fans worldwide for her Harry Potter book series and subsequent film series that still rules the hearts of many.
She has also launched an online hub where people can enjoy Harry Potter themed games, quizzes and videos to keep her fans engaged during such depressing times when the entire world is facing lockdown due to coronavirus outbreak.
