Karan Johar becomes the first ever Indian filmmaker with a wax statue at Madame Tassauds

Joining the likes of the stars he has helped create, Bollywood A list filmmaker Karan Johar has become the first ever so to have his wax statue at the prestigious Madame Tussaud’s in London. Joining the likes of Bollywood stars including but not limited to, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwariya Rai, Katrina Kaif, Shahrukh khan and Salman Khan, Johar will be the first filmmaker to have his statue.

Karan Johar tweeted and shared the news with a photograph of him, holding a brief case in his one hand while carrying a wax hand palm imprint on the other hand. The copy of his autobiography ‘The Unsuitable Boy ‘ is being placed on the front of the table.

The caption of Karan’s photo in the tweet says, “Honored to be the first film-maker from India at the prestigious Madame Tussauds. Thank you to the entire team in London who worked tirelessly,” .
At the work front, Johar is at the moment busy with two major projects including The Student of The Year 2 and Kalank featuring top Bollywood stars like Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha and Alia Bhatt.
