Kuwaiti authorities have deported Lebanese TV presenter Sazdel over immoral social media content.
Sazdel El Kak, 42, nicknamed Kim Kardashian of the Arabs, had been living in Kuwait for the past10 years. But her social media posts landed her in trouble.
A stern action was taken by the Ethics Investigation Department under the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior.
The General Directorate of Criminal Investigations has referred Sazdel to the deportation department and on imediate bases celebrity’s a departure ticket was booked on a Beirut-bound flight.
Despite being deported, the Arab celebrity has vowed to return to Kuwait while talking to a media outlet.
“What happened to me and the Interior Ministry’s deportation decision will evaporate once I show a contract of my marriage to a Kuwaiti,” Sazdel told Al-Rai newspaper.
“He is now traveling abroad. When he returns, I’ll show it [the contract] and return to Kuwait because my husband is a Kuwaiti and they have no right to deport me,” she added.
