Kylie Jenner & Caitlyn Jenner in a trademark war!
Along with Kylie, her father, Caitlyn Jenner, too has enjoyed relative success in her business projects and according to reports circulating in Hollywood, she is gearing up to work on a skincare line as well.
According to The Blast, Caitlyn has trademarked the names “Skincare by Caitlyn Jenner,” “Skincare by Jenner,” “Jenner Skincare,” and “Caitlyn Jenner Skincare” for an upcoming cosmetics venture she has eyes set upon. Under the range, Caitlyn will be offering non-medicated skincare products ranging from skin lotions, skin moisturizers, facial balms, skin masks, and skin peels.
Last month, Kylie reportedly started a skincare line of her own,“Kylie Skin.” Kylie’s line too focuses on the same range of products as Caitlyn’s and this might prove detrimental to the already tense ties between the two.
Kylie and Caitlyn have never enjoyed a proper father-daughter relationship. Caitlyn was also accused of neglecting extended family. And even though Caitlyn has a right to trademark her business venture, Kylie and Kris (mom) might take issue with the fact that the Jenner in the name might confuse two different product lines as one for the consumers.
