The much awaited Lux Style Awards happened last night, and we could not help but follow each itsy bitsy deet to share with you. While some of the highlights of the night became too grand for the event (read Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain’s engament), we thought to reflect back on the most important thing first i.e. best dressed ladies of the night.
So here’s a sneak peek of the ladies that we absolutely loved for their unconventional or absolutely perfect looks. While the list is not in a particular order, we did love Saba Qamar’s look the most. Check out for yourself and tell us if you agree.
Saba Qamar:
Dressed is a Zaheer Abbas ensemble, Saba slayed it with her subtle yet statement look. The Cheekh actress paired her cream-white gown with dull gold earrings, and for us she did stand out with her ‘less is more’ mantra.
Iqra Aziz: Albeit that Iqra is all over the news for her adorable engagement moment at the LSA ceremony, it was her Ali Xeeshan hand painted gown that was a talk of the town right before the event. Iqra took some hairstyle inspiration from Deepika Padukone, and with a white two piece and hand painted tail gown, the Suno Chanda actress ticked all boxes of contemporary fashion.
Sonya Hussain:
Donning a Shashma Hashwani gold gown, Sonya did up the game for all fashion enthusiasts. The actress posted some pre-event snaps of herself, and needless to say made us wow. Complemented with a bold red lip color and solid gold gown, Sonya had yet another perfect fashion moment.
Maya Ali:
In accordance to her on screen persona of a sweet simple girl, Maya looked ravishing in a pure white gown with addition of feathery texture at the bottom. What stood as a highlight for us was Maya’s regal neck piece that blended in with the otherwise contemporary look of the ensemble. Hands down for Maya who gracefully carried east meets west look.
Zubab Rana:
Budding actress Zubab Rana looked like a fairy as she walked towards the red carpet. Dressed in a dull tea pink ensemble, the starlet donned the beautiful embellishments at the front. Paired with her gorgeous jewelry and hairstyle, Zubab did prove her fashion Game is lit!
Mahira Khan:
Superstar Mahira who has been giving us fashion goals forever, did not fail to impress once again. Donning a shimmery gold ball gown by Maison Yeya, the Humsafar actress made her entrance alongside Superstar co-star Bilal Ashraf. As always Mahira was the epitome of perfection and style at the LSA.
