The world is suffering from the novel coronavirus. Almost everything has been shut down and the human race confined to their homes. Whether it is the beginning of new world order or something entirely above man’s intelligence, nothing can be said so definitely. What we do know is that everybody has been in quarantine, with so much time on their hands that they never thought about.

Like you and I, Pakistani celebrities too have been spending time at home during the quarantine. However, most of them are making sure they don’t let this period get to them. Danish Taimoor, especially, has been maintaining a healthy schedule of activities during this self-isolation period at home, and now, he’s preaching the same to his fans too.

Taking to his Instagram recently, Danish Taimoor shared how one could stay healthy while they quarantined at home.

“Choose a healthy lifestyle…
Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables
Exercise regularly(at home nowadays)
Maintain a healthy weight
Get adequate sleep
Try to minimize stress,” wrote Danish as he listed down what were the fundamentals of living a healthy life at home during the quarantine.
