Mawra Hocane oozes confidence in teasers of Hum TV’s Daasi

We had been waiting to see Mawra Hocane’s next project after Aangan and it seems, the diva has now taken upon another Hum TV project. Titled Daasi, the drama will star Mawra Hocane and Adeel Hussain in the lead, teasers of which have already started doing rounds on the channel.

Mawra is seen playing Sunehri, a strong willed and very confident girl who isn’t afraid of anything. Mawra’s look has been kept traditional in the play, devoid of glamor and the starlet looks beautiful. Alongside Mawra, we’ve been awarded a look of Faryal Mehmood’s character as well, who seems to be playing Hocane’s best friend.

Another teaser shows Adeel Hussain’s character Aahil, crying during a funeral. He also has flashbacks with Sunehri and it seems the two share a good bonding, with Sunehri’s encouraging words echoing in Aahil’s mind when in need.
