The Duchess of Sussex Megan Markel flew into the States this weekend to attend the U.S. Open Final on Saturday.
Meghan’s longtime friend, tennis star Serena Williams will be playing in the final, which is being held at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens.
And shortly after landing in New York City Friday, Meghan Markle headed to one of her longtime favorite spots in the city: Modo Yoga in the West Village, reports People.
According to the People, Meghan and a friend hit up a very full, very public yoga class at the eco-conscious studio to cure the jet lag of the transatlantic flight.
She attended the class along with 60 other people who already were present there.
“There were lots of sweet, knowing smiles” among some of the respectful patrons, a source told People.
Meghan has been long associated with yoga as she advocates for the spiritual practice with her mom Doria Ragland.
“She has been going to Modo Yoga for many years and tries to do so whenever she is in New York. It was the perfect remedy for jet lag,” the source added.
