Mehwish Hayat Sings Her First Punjabi Solo Single!

Mehwish Hayat is certainly one of the most acclaimed and talented actresses of Pakistan. Having delivered one hit movie after another, her recent being Punjab Nahi Jaungi, the film which earned Hayat appreciation by the likes of Mahesh Bhatt from across the border, Mehwish is now gearing up for her next release this Eid ul Azha, Load Wedding, opposite Fahad Mustafa.

However, before the film releases, Hayat, is spreading her wings to explore more of her horizons. Mehwish Hayat, who has been pursuing her dreams of a singing career alongside a successful acting one, is now all set to release her first Punjabi single. The gorgeous beauty wowed us with the magic of her voice on Coke Studio. Hayat has also been on a singing spree across USA, holding one hit concert after another. And now, she shares the news on her social media about her first Punjabi solo.

According to the latest Instagram post shared by Mehwish Hayat, she has finished recording of her first Punjabi solo, lyrics for which have been given by Shakila Jabeen, while the song has been composed by Yousaf Salahuddin.
