Mika Singh Released From Custody in UAE

Last Thursday, Indian singer, Mika Singh, was arrested following a complaint from a Brazilian model that he had harassed in the UAE, during an after party for an awards where he performed.

The complaint was lodged for Mika Singh sending indecent pictures to the model and promising her a job in a Bollywood film and he was therefore taken into custody for question. However, the singer was released after intervention from Indian embassy in the UAE. The release has been given on condition that Singh will have to appear before a court later, according to an Indian diplomat.
