Nabeel sues Bol Entertainment over outstanding salary
Bulbulay famed Nabeel Zafar needs no introduction. Not only Nabeel’s comic timing is unmatched, his brilliance and insight for content. Nabeel who had been the face of ARY’s Bulbulay quit the channel and the show in between and took up the position of CEO of Bol Entertainment. However, earlier this year, the star actor resigned.
In February, Nabeel resigned as the CEO of Bol Entertainment and now, has recently sued the channel for outstanding salary. According to a press release, Nabeel Zafar has sued Bol Entertainment against his outstanding salary of PKR 194.02 million and also for the damages of PKR 100 million. Court orders have been issued and representatives at Bol Network have been summoned for the case hearing.
On the work front, we can actively see Nabeel back to being himself in the popular comedy show on ARY Digital, Bulbulay. The sitcom has been directed by Rana Rizwan, and written by Saba Hasan. Alongside Nabeel Bulbulay also stars veteran actors Mehmood Aslam, Hina Dilpazeer and the gorgeous Ayesha Omar.
