The popular morning show host also shared the secret behind the effort was eating watermelons only.

The TV personalities try hard to keep themselves in shape to appear slim on the screen.

However, any such practice should not be adopted without consulting with health experts or doctors.

Nida Yasir had shared a post on her Instagram about losing weight.

And on the same post she replied to a user who asked her how she lost weight and inquired about her diet, Nida shared that she ate the only watermelon for three days.

Replying to another comment Good Morning Pakistan host said that she did not eat roti, sugar, and rice during the diet.

47 years old host had been updating her 1,3 million Instagram followers that she is working hard to reduce her weight.

“Working hard to reduce my weight. wish me luck.🤐 you need this, and eat healthy with lots of water,” she shared on Instagram.
