Prince George makes Christmas pudding with Queen at Buckingham palace

The Christmas preps are in full swing at Buckingham Palace!

New photos from Buckingham Palace have been released showing the four royals together preparing Christmas puddings inside the Buckingham Palace as part of an initiative to support the Royal British Legion, a charity dedicated to help members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans, and their families.

The initiative, Together at Christmas, is intended to offer additional support to veteran communities through festive events that will take place across the Royal British Legion’s network of outreach centres.

The Queen, Prince Charles, Prince William, and Prince George were seen together in the photo taken by royal photographer Chris Jackson.

Prince George is captured stirring a mixture for Christmas pudding, a tradition said to bring good luck, alongside his father, grandfather and great grandmother, each of them have their own baking bowls as well.

According to a statement released by Buckingham Palace, the four generations of the Royal Family represented a cross-section of all those who may be supported by the Legion, including children of service personnel and to Second World War veterans.

In another photograph, the four royals stand alongside a group of veterans supported by the charity.

The puddings themselves will be used as the centerpieces of the Legion’s events next year’s events.

These puddings along with another 99  will be distributed across the charity’s network in the UK and the Commonwealth in honour of The Royal British Legion’s 99th year.
