Rahat Fateh Ali Khan paid a soulful tribute to the late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
Music maestro Rahat Fateh Ali Khan paid tribute to Sidhu Moosewala on his death anniversary by performing a soulful qawwali at a concert in California, the US.
Rahat who is known for songs including “Mann ki lagan”, “Jiya dhadak dhadak”, “Bol na halke halke” and “Dagabaaz re”, dedicated soulful qawwali “Akhiyan Udeek Diyan” to the late Punjabi singer.
Several videos of the concert have gone viral on the internet.

Moosewala, whose real name was Shubhdeep Singh, was shot dead in the Indian Punjab state’s Mansa district on 29 May 2022.
Moosewala’s family alleged that the “real killer” had not been caught yet as of January 2023, out of the 31 individuals against whom FIRs were registered, 27 were behind bars.
