The Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba has been created havoc ever since its release. The film, directed by Rohit Shetty is a fun filled, masala film, coming with an authentic Bollywood flavor. Owing partially to Ranveer’s massive fan following and partially to the content of the film, Simmba has done amazingly well on the box office.
The film’s domestic total in India stands at INR 96 crore on its fifth day while it has crossed the 100cr mark worldwide. Considering the steady speed at which Simmba is accelerating towards the 100cr mark, it will easily become the 13th film in India to enter the club.
Simmba has come as a refreshing surprise after two back to back big budgeted flops, one Aamir Khan’s Thugs Of Hindostan and Shahrukh Khan’s Zero, both of which failed to impress the audience and critics alike.
