Reema Khan hails her husband as he heads for Qatar to help Afghan refugees!
Former Lollywood star who settled in the US after marrying Dr. Tariq in 2011, took to Instagram to share the update with the fans.
“My husband — Dr. Syed Tariq Shahab — is on his way to Doha, Qatar with Team USA to help and take care of the Afghan refugees,” Reema captioned her post.
“I am very proud of him for his dedication, hard work, and sacrifice. And I pray to Allah that he has a very safe and successful trip,” she added.
Qatar has so far welcomed some 50,000 refugees, including about 200 unaccompanied children, since the Taliban seized Kabul on August 15.
