Diva Saba Qamar held #AskSaba session on Twitter, where her fans raised so many questions and among which there were some relating to mental health issues.
Saba addressed mental health issues and offered many positive and effective suggestions to tackle the mental health problems, she talked of practicing gratitude and letting go of the things which hurt you.
When a fan asked in that #AskSaba session about any particular incident which touched her heart during the shooting of plays, Saba replies emphasizing the importance of gratitude, “Yes, I did one project near to Lahore area where we shot the whole day and there was a beautiful lady in a room made of mud with no fan and electricity. And that time I realized how blessed we are so we should be always thankful to Allah for all the blessings that he has given us.”
Saba Qamar has suggested some real positive and effective tips to deal with issues relating to mental health including letting go, being expressive, and also going with the flow.

“I have actually been through a lot, and all I learned in my life is to let go of things that make you feel bad, accept your imperfections to keep going. Learn to talk your heart out, don’t take things too seriously, just stay true to yourself because of #Itsokaynotbeokay”, she added.
