As per the notice, the cast and crew of the film have made serious violation of  the norms of the Ancient Monument and Archeological Sites and Remains Act 1959 by constructing the set there. The team has also been charged with damaging an antique figurine located nearby the banks of the river Narmada in the town of Maheshwar.
