Bollywood stars Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan receive their first doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
The latest health update by both the stars was shared by them on their respective social media accounts.
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan star in a tweet on Wednesday shared, “Took my first dose of vaccine today.”

Salman Khan was last seen in Dabangg 3 has a view films lined up for release this year including Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai and Kick 2.
Salman Khan was spotted outside the Lilavati hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday.
Meanwhile a day earlier, B-town star Sanjay Dutt also received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
“Received my first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine today at the BKC vaccine center. I want to congratulate Dr. Dhere and his entire team for doing such a wonderful job! I have so much love & respect for them and their hard work,” the 61-year-old star wrote in a tweet.

Bollywood actors including Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Anupam Kher, Johnny Lever, Saif Ali Khan, Kamal Haasan, and Satish Shah have already received their respective vaccination shots.
Despite the ongoing vaccination drive, COVID-19 positive cases are still surging in India.
India reported 275 COVID-19 related deaths on Wednesday, and 47,262 fresh infection cases in the past 24 hours, the highest since early November, to a total of 11.7 million.
The capital city of Delhi reported 1,254 new COVID-19 cases, the highest in over 3 months; 6 deaths take the toll to 10,973, according to the authorities.

The state of Maharashtra reported 31,855 new COVID-19 cases, its highest single-day spike since the outbreak of the pandemic.
