Sarwat Gilani is all set to star in a horror web series titled Arpita

Sarwat Gilani is an actress par excellence and has a variety of characters to her credit to prove so. She has played a wide range of characters ranging from a Pashtun in films to a Hindu woman in a television play. And now, the actress is all set to venture into the digital realm of entertainment with a web series.

Sarwat shared the news on her Instagram while posting a picture of herself in her new character;

“New character…new web series and my father’s old watch! Coming soon…,” wrote Sarwat while captioning the picture.

According to Images, Sarwat will be seen playing a Christian woman in the upcoming horror web series that will also star Yasra Rizvi, Zain Afzal and Khalid Nizami in prominent characters.

The web series, titled Arpita has been created by Qaiser Ali and a team of young digital filmmakers under the banner of Nashpati Prime and will be available on YouTube by next year. The shoot of the project will begin in January 2020.
