There is nothing uglier than war, Pakistani celebrities cherish for peace in the region
Since after the Indian false claim of the surgical strike in Pakistan, social media soar like a virtual war room. And it’s very saddening to see that there are so many people who strive for war and cherish warmongering.
Social media is currently trending with opinions about conflict, surgical strikes, hatred towards Pakistan. Whereas the Pakistani celebrities aim and wish for the peace in the region. There has been a massive response from Pakistani prominent personalities on social media in wake of Indian aggression.
War is not the solution, speaking on Pakistan-India tensions, many celebrities took to social media to speak of their minds. Peace is something that must be actively worked for, speaking up is just one way to do that.
Fatima Bhutto had said in her Tweet that “There is nothing uglier than people cheering for war.”
And she has also prayed for peace for India and Pakistan.

It’s time we understand this as humans. The media needs to take charge & stop being provocative. It’s our duty to inculcate peace & use our words for better & not worse.

For the record, I have a 20 year career exclusively from my Pakistani songs. I have nothing to gain from India nor am I on any payroll. But I know what matters in this world and that is peace and understanding. NO human life is worth losing.

Make no mistake #pakistan comes first. I stand with my Nation, PM, People & my country, anyone who is a threat to us will face our wrath. I'm all for peace but if your dealing with blind rage and stupidity then a hard slap on their face is the answer #PakistanArmy @ImranKhanPTI

Anyone who is encouraging war between Pakistan and India should be taken out of their house and be forced to fight the war themselves. Tweet karna bohat asaan hai, but for once think of the all the soldiers that die unnecessarily because of this. #PakistanZindabad 🇵🇰
