Legendary actor Tom Hanks and his singer wife Rita Wilson who were both tested positive for COVID-19 on March 11 have now recovered from the virus. Making a comeback to their hometown L.A, the couple flew in via a private jet from Australia where they completed their quarantine period.
“Hey, folks. Two weeks after our first symptoms and we feel better,” 63-year old Tom had shared on social media on March 23.
After returning back the two seemed to be happy and healthy, however, as per the California rule the couple will now abide by ‘shelter at home’ protocol for which they will be mostly homebound in the coming days.
Tom and Rita were among the first few cels to go public with their COVID-19 diagnosis. The couple while staying in quarantine in Sydney, continued to update and stay in touch with their fans through social media.
