It was a day ago when the President of Pakistan Dr, Arif Alvi conferred popular Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed with the Pride of Performance Award.

Humayun Saeed is also overwhelmed beyond words for being recognized for his contribution to the Pakistani Drama and Film industry.

Expressing his gratitude, Humayun Saeed took to social media saying, “Extremely very grateful and humbled by all the messages of love and adulation I have been receiving. Thank you so much my beloved fans, friends and family for your constant support and encouragement.”

“The Pride of Performance is my most special accolade for it is a recognition by the State. I have always firmly believed that being Pakistani is my only true identity & have tried my utmost best to make Pakistan proud. Any award that Pakistan gives to me thus will always remain the closest to my heart. I will Insha Allah work even harder & do everything in my capacity to serve our beloved country, ” he added further.

Social media since 23 March has been buzzing with congratulatory and praises messages for the Jawani Phir Nahi Ani star.

The writer of MPTH, Khalil ul Rehman Qamar Qamar, who is known for his troublesome statements congratulated Humayun on this achievement.
