Umar Sharif takes his third wife to court over a property dispute, it emerges on Monday.
As being reported Pakistan’s top comedian Umar Sharif has filed a case at the Sindh High Court in a bid to stop his third wife from selling his personal property.
At the request of Omar Sharif, the Sindh High Court barred his third wife, Zareen Ghazal, from selling the apartment.
The court also issued notices to the parties in the civil case of Omar Sharif for August 10. Comedian Omar Sharif was brought to the Sindh High Court in a wheelchair, accompanied by a lawyer.
Omar Sharif’s lawyer said that the actor bought the apartment with a loan from a bank in 2016. He is now seriously ill and has contracted amnesia.
The lawyer further said that in December 2020, Zareen Ghazal made a gift deed and got it signed by Omar Sharif. And decided to move forward with the selling process without consent.
Omar Sharif’s lawyer also said that it is feared that Zarin Ghazal now wants to sell an apartment worth Rs 11 crore.
