Veteran Singer S.B John dies at age of 87 in Karachi on Saturday.
According to the family sources he was ill over the past few days and passed away at a private hospital on Saturday morning.
He became the household name for his song “Tu Jo Nahin Hai, Tau Kuchh Bhi Naheen Hai” from the 1959 film Savera.
Sunny Benjamin John, popularly known as S.B John, was born in Karachi in1934.
He started his singing career in 1950 from Radio Pakistan.
He awarded the Pride of Performance Award in 2011 for his services in the field of music.
