Ehd-e-Wafa Episode-5 Review: Is This Becoming a Tug of War between Shahzain and Saad?

Ehd-e-Wafa was a bit slow this week with a few scenes here and there to pace up the story. However, what came off like an upcoming plot twist – or we are reading too much between the lines – was Shahzain’s out of the blue wish to marry Dua and Saad’s relationship taking a swift turn.

We saw Rani (Zara Noor Abbas) laying her first eyes on Shahzain (Osman Khalid Butt) this week. And as the two families Malik and Chaudhry prepare for their potential relation, Shahzain has a new thought. He has now put forward the demand to marry Dua (Alizey Shah) to avenge the insult from Saad (Ahad Raza Mir) and in doing so, we see him losing pretty much of common sense.

On the other end, life took an unexpected turn for Saad as Dua has gotten a soft corner for him and things are looking up for the two of them. Is this becoming a love triangle or tug of war between the two boys? We are hoping not, yet anticipating yes.

Sheheryar (Ahmed Ali Akbar) and Shariq (Wahaj Ali) were quite off the grid in this episode and we can only wait for their side of the story to unfold.

So far, Saad and Shahzain are keeping us quite hooked and after today we are skeptical of what to expect in the coming episodes.
