Farq Episode-7 and 8 Review: Who will Kamal marry?

Faysal Quraishi as Kamal has just nailed his character

7th Sky Entertainment productions drama serial Farq is now 8 episodes down. The story of the drama seems to be ridiculously unbelievable. Performances are all good but it is story which seems quite a stretch. However Faysal Qureshi as Kamal has just nailed his character. In the previous episode we have seen that driver Arif is fancing to marry off his daughter with his Sahab. In this episode it is shown that Kamal has got two options. Who will he choose to marry Faiza or Irsa?

Arif by planing starts faking a heart ache kinda pain, well I am wondering can one fake a heart pain does it not get detected during the checkup in the hospital? Well Arif successfully faking his ailing condition brings Kamal home and asks Irsa to serve him tea. Kamal’s phupho has sensed Arif’s intentions but she says that she likes the girl how absurd it is! She is merely the daughter of a driver. It looks so unrealistic.

Irsa is not making any sense at all. When she meets Kamal and after he is gone, she starts discussing him longing him to marry her but thinking herself as a mismatch for him. The other scene she tells her father that she is ready to marry Sahab! How come? Anyways Kamal has eavesdrop the conversation of father and daughter where they are discussing him as a possible prospect for Irsa but still Kamal shows no reaction strange!

Faiza and her brother are certainly on some mission. Rashid is so shameless that he drops his sister to Kamal’s house lying that he and his wife have to go to Hyderabad as his wife’s mother died. Faiza is trying to take full control of the house. Ayzel hates her and she shows her mirror too by saying that she can never take her mother’s place on which Faiza creates a scene and turns that situation to her interest demeaning Ayzel in front of her father’s eyes.

Irsa’s fake persona has busted in front of her friends but it is good to watch that her best friend still cares for her. Irsa is dumb enough to discuss her possibility of marriage with Kamal, without even knowing his approval how can she discuss it with her friend? Arif eventually discusses his wish to marry off Irsa to Kamal on which Kamal gives no response but nor he is angry with him. Well the question arises with whom Kamal will eventually end up marrying? Faiza the vile woman or innocent Irsa? On one side Faiza and her brother is trying to trap Kamal and on other hand, Arif is trying to take advantage of Kamal’s kind heart. I think he should marry none but we know he will marry Irsa.
