Munna takes an oath that he won’t extort money, won’t kill but will fulfil his commitment towards clients’ and won’t be unfair and unjust. And most importantly, he won’t betray.
Rehmati also makes Munna promise to respect ladies and that he will never fall in love, which startles Munna a bit. Munna bikers with his Rehmati on the topic of love which leaves him gloomy. There seems to be a back story of Rehmati, which is likely to unfold as the story moves on.
After the oath, Munna is given charge of 2 new areas as well.
The scene then shifts to introducing another character, a man clad in a burqa Dilbar (Ahmed Ali Butt) arrives at a wedding asking the bride to elope. The bride is Shagufta who refuses to elope for the sake of her father’s owner. Bride’s father also seems to be a goon, after finding Dilbar beats the hell out of him.
The story builds up showing Munna getting a grand welcome after taking the oath in the area, and there he finds the shopkeeper beaten by Mozam’s goons. Munna calls him to confront him and tells him that this is his area and no one from now on give money in the name of funding. It’s going to be Munna vs Mozam now.
Dilbar turns out to be Munna’s right-hand man, who is badly beaten by his love interest’s family.
Munna finds out he is injured and in hospital. To our surprise, Munna doesn’t stop Shagufta’s wedding.
The next morning, Munna tries to console Dibar who curses Munna that one day he will also be left heartbroken for not getting his love.
