Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay Ep-20 Review: Mehreen unravels an entirely different side of Mashal

Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay the drama serial airing on HUM TV seems to be moving fast towards its conclusion. Well in this episode Mehreen Mansoor unravels an entirely different side of Mashal which does not seem believable at all. In the previous episode, we have seen that Aswaad gets to know that Mehreen has not murdered Mashal but in fact it is Mashal who tried to kill Mehreen but then mistakenly gets killed herself.

Mehreen tells her khala that she wants to get a divorce from Aswaad. Aswaad is feeling too guilty to even beg for forgiveness. He reads her diary and sees her scrapbook where Mehreen Mansoor has saved all the collection and reminiscences of their childhood. Mehreen has collected every detail of their childhood the ribbon, the rose which he has given her on her birthday.

Aswaad’s guilt is getting heavier after seeing all these details, he has realized that Mehreen always loved him but he was fooled by Mashal’s fake persona. Is Aswaad redeemable should he be forgiven or not it is a separate debate but for Aswaad it is most important that he seeks forgiveness on his past conduct from Mehreen even if he thinks that he cannot even forgive himself. He needs to seek Mehreen’s forgiveness.

Aswaad narrates the whole truth to his mother who gets shocked on knowing that it is Mashal who tried to kill Mehreen. She is wondering that how come an innocent girl has turned out to be such a malicious person. She emphasizes seeking forgiveness from Mehreen but Aswaad says that he cannot even forgive his own self for whatever he has done. He further says that he will fulfill Mehreen’s wish of divorcing her but he does not want to take any decision in haste as he has done before.

Aswaad goes to talk to Mehreen he tells her that he has learned all the reality and he also gets to know that it is actually Mashal who tries to kill her. On which Mehreen Mansoor unravels a very strange side of Mashal Tahir saying that she has actually saved her from getting killed! Well, how believable is that? If it’s true then why she is getting negative hallucinations of Mashal trying to kill her? This sudden revelation is not making any sense at all it’s not gelling well with what Mehreen Mansoor is going through and her feelings that Mashal wants to kill her. Well, do you think what Mehreen is telling the truth, or she is in delusion?
