Meri Shehzadi Episode-4 and 5 Review: Dania is forced to accept her fate
Cam makes her entry, crushing Dania's feelings
Hum Tv drama serial Meri Shehzadi is a play having a unique landscape. The play revolves around an affluent political family and it has similarities with Princess Diana’s life. Performances are all on point. In the previous episodes, we have seen that Dania is married to an already-married man. In these episodes, it is shown that Dania is forced to accept her fate, and her husband’s first wife Cam makes her entry into the scene.
Dania is extremely hard broken to know that her husband is already married and not just married he is a father of a son. She questions her father why he has not told her about Shehroze’s past on which he tells her what difference it makes. He tells her to consider this as his extramarital affair or something because she will be his only official wife. Dania is hurt to hear her father’s views.
Dania’s uncle on her death bed took a promise to her that she will never leave Shehroze no matter what happens. He further promises Dania that she will always be his son’s official wife and he will never let his first wife come into this house or country. He further in a press conference announces that his son is going to carry his legacy in politics and his wife will accompany him at every step. CM dies leaving everyone in grief.
Dania is carrying her responsibility as a daughter-in-law of the house and she is receiving condolences from the elite guests when out of nowhere Cam makes her entry at the funeral. Cam has surprised everyone in the house, and Dania seems to be hurt as her feelings are crushed. Shehroze covers her by introducing her as his childhood friend and her son to the world.
Dania recalls an intimate scene I must say quite a bold one where Shehroze is doing footsies and telling her that he loves her as well. It seems that Dania is too in love with her husband. Shehroze is shown worse than Charles, he hides about his first marriage before marrying Dania. Cam threatens him that she will do a press conference and will tell the world who is she on which Shehroze keeps taunting her that when she is going to a Press Conference. She is Christian and it is not good for Shehroze’s political career to keep a nonmuslim wife. Cam is not ready to change her religion. Dania’s stepmother advises her sister to accept Cam to win Shehroze’s heart.
