Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha Episode-19 Review: Saad finally gets released on Areeb’s orders

ARY Digital drama serial Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha is 19 episodes down and still, the characters and story are not making any sense. The character of Maheer is such a selfish girl that we feel zero sympathy for her. In the previous episode, we have seen Saad getting arrested for no reason. In this episode, Saad gets released on Areeb’s orders.

The height of Maheer’s selfishness is when she goes with Anabia to visit Areeb in the hospital leaving Saad’s family alone in the severe tension. It is because of her that Saad gets arrested the boy who selflessly take care of her and she is least concerned about Saad her husband, all she thinks about is Areeb. It is so satisfying to watch Faha insulting Maheer on visiting Areeb in the ICU. By the way what a poor performance by the actress who played the role of Faha!

Faha there discloses the fact to Maheer that she has made Saad arrested for attempting to murder Areeb. Maheer for the very first time has shown some concern for Saad shaming Faha and the company for wrongly accusing her husband. Well, Faha why don’t you have not put a case on Maheer as well? Our heart goes out to poor Saad who is paying for the sins he has not even committed, he is in the lock-up facing a lot of humiliation.

Well, Saad’s parents are too good to be true even after facing such severe humiliation at the Police Station they are still not ready to say anything bad to Maheer. On the other hand, Neelo has satisfied the audience by rightly blaming Maheer for all the downfall she has brought in Saad’s life. She is rightly blaming her for being too selfish for visiting Areeb at this hour when her own family is in huge trouble. Maheer’s mother just like Maheer is not making any sense after what has happened she is still too arrogant to accept her daughter’s flaws.

We have created a soft spot for Areeb in our hearts since he ordered Saad’s release. Poor Saad eventually gets released from lock-up. However, one thing which is making us wonder is how come Areeb who was unconscious in ICU has come to know about Saad being in Police custody who told him? The ending scene where Saad comes back home and Maheer welcomes him leaves no impact, we are so done with both Saad and Maheer! In reality, Saad deserves a much better girl than Maheer.
