Ranjha Ranjha Kardi Episode 5 Review: Troubles are coming for Noori
Another brilliant episode of the Hum TV’s Ranjha Ranjha Kardi went on air on Saturday and kept the audience hooked as usual. This amazing Kashif Nisar directorial is definitely one of the very bests to have come out of Hum TV. Laced with some superb performances, there is a raw appeal to Ranjha Ranjha Kardi that attracts the audience week after week. After this drama, perhaps Iqra Aziz and Imran Ashraf would be showered with awards and praises because the two together have delivered performances, the likes of which we have not seen before. Asma Abbas and Noor ul Hasan also deserve praise because they too have nailed their characters, depicting the helplessness and cunningness of their characters with perfection.
This week, we saw Bhola return home after a long absence. And while his mother knew he had taken away her gold bangles, the state he was in, she couldn’t find it in her heart to give him a thrashing. Bhola’s mom wants to get him married so that he has someone to look after him and keep him occupied but nobody has yet agreed to give their daughter to a mentally challenged individual.

However, his uncle intends to get his only daughter married to Bhola so that he can have a rightful share in his property. Although his wife is strictly against it, we think the uncle will definitely devise a plan to get things done.
On the other hand, Noori, might get in trouble because Qudsia is suspecting her of activities. She questions Noori about being late to work and her trips to the general store throughout the day. Qudsia also warns Noori to behave responsibly and keep careful or she’ll send her back at the earliest opportunity.
For Noori, she is obsessed with Sahir, who has no intention of marrying her. She finds herself returning back to him again and again and bear with everything he puts her through. Sahir also spots Noori with Bhola and questions her about it, which she puts up with a smile.
Back at the village, Noori’s parent’s want to get her married to Shouka who in exchange will give the family a house to live and 1lac rupee to Noori’s father. Noori is strictly against the arrangement and we now wait to see what she will do to get out of this mess.
