Tere Bin Episode-45 and 46 Review: Meerub and Murtasim’s romance falls from grace

The writer has killed the whole Meerism romance for us!

Tere Bin, the 7th Sky Entertainment production mega-hit drama serial has taken quite an ugly turn. The writer has killed the whole romance along with destroying Meerub and Murtasim’s characters completely for us. Now it seems like basically, Tere Bin is a toxic love story. It is a full trashy episode that needs to come with a trigger warning. In the previous episodes, we saw Meerub’s foster father taking a stand for her like a true father. In the latest set of episodes, the writer has demeaned Meerub and Murtasim so much so that they both have fallen from grace.

It is such a satisfying scene where Maryam is trying to convince Maa Begum to bring Meerub back home. Muratism rushes back to Karachi to bring Meerub back and there instead of providing the audience a relief, out of nowhere, Rohail makes an entry. Why the writer has penned Meerub in such a bad light, she is indeed a girl with loose moral values and she is such a dumb girl that despite knowing Rohail and his madness for her, she still sits with him in his car!

Well, Murtasim with his eyes sees Meerub sitting with Rohail in his car and we can sense his feelings of betrayal. He is recalling the moments when Meerub promised him not to meet Rohail ever. By the way, these episodes are full of flashbacks. Anyways Murtasim is now averse to Meerub and he is resolute not to take her back. Muratasim’s reaction is making sense and his anger is absolutely justified.

Marayam takes a solid stand for Meerub, she threatens her mother that she is not going to marry if she will not bring Meerub back. Maa Begum has left with no choice but to bring Meerub. Meerub surprises the audience by coming back with Maa Begum to attend Maryam’s wedding. Haya is shocked to see Meerub. Muratsim is shocked as well but he is so broken that still Meerub has the audacity to confront him instead of clearing herself. Why Haya always gets away with her toxicity time why are people around her giving her so much leverage?

The ending scene is the worst scene ever I wish I could unsee it. This scene has killed the whole romance of Meerism our desi Mills and Boon. It has completely destroyed Meerub’s image as a heroine as well as Murastim’s. Seeing a heroine slapping hard and then spitting on Murastim’s face is nothing but absolute trash. This trashy episode does not end here we see Murtasim’s strong reaction to it he pushes Meerub and closes the bedroom door! With the next promo glimpses hinting at marital rape! God if it is what actually going to happen then Muratism is doomed to the level that he will never be redeemed. Such a crappy and trashy episode! Sorry to see an electrifying romance taking such an ugly turn! Absolute trash!
